Our team has spent years both in uniform and out of uniform participating in and leading operational planning teams at numerous Geographic and Component commands around the world, both in exercises and real-world contingencies. 

While there are online courses for planning, the Trailhead way goes beyond just covering the steps of the planning process. We educate planners and senior leaders on the "how" and "why" of planning using hands-on practical application and best practices learned over decades of practice. We use commercial, service, and joint planning processes to produce simple, clear, elegant solutions to complex problems.
